Facilities

  The accommodation sleeps 4-6 guests and being all on one level, makes it accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

The property has oil fired central heating and WiFi is also available.

The Old Perfume Factory offers a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a snug off to the side. 

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped utility room.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. The property is also dog friendly. 

A comfortable and welcoming living area offering a great sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect, including a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table is also provided which seats up to 6 people.

The living area has comfy and relaxed seating, a TV and DVD player. A large picture window provides views over the croft, down to Loch St Clair and you can also see the Atlantic. This window faces west and will provide views of some wonderful Barra sunsets, particularly in the summer months.

A small snug sits off the side, here you will find another comfortable sofa which can be converted into a bed. This area does have a curtain, so can be sectioned off for some privacy if guests are sleeping here.

  The main room offers a king-size bed and en-suite with walk-in shower - this is a cosy and relaxing space with views of the croft and the Loch. 

The second bedroom can be made up as a twin or double depending on your needs. Although not an en-suite, the main bathroom is directly across the hall.

A useful utility room is provided with a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use throughout your stay. 

Externally, there is an outdoor tap and hose to wash those sandy boots or rinse off your wetsuits.

    There are benches outside to sit and enjoy the view or the sunset and there is plenty of outside space in the enclosed garden for children to run around and entertain themselves.
